Soul-Centered Coaching
As a Coach, I bring forward a deep sense of love to my work with people as I see each person as whole and complete. I call myself a Soul-Centered Coach because I believe that beyond thoughts and emotions, relationships and material gain, good and bad, right and wrong, we are Soul. Said another way, we are Divine Beings having a human experience (physically, mentally, emotionally).
My intention as a coach is to assist people in becoming more aware of themselves both in their human experience (beliefs, patterns, habits, choices, etc.) and as a Soul (loving, joyful, peaceful, compassionate creative, expansive, etc.).
Soul-Centered Coaching is a way of working with someone to help them take a learning orientation towards life, using everything for one’s growth, upliftment and connection. Soul-centered coaching empowers each person to take responsibility for themselves and ultimately heal through loving, compassion, acceptance and forgiveness.
The work is a practice of observation and awareness. As people become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, habits, patterns and most importantly beliefs, they are able to choose what is working for them and what isn't. Releasing what doesn't work, and creating new ways of being is powerful and liberating!
People who work with a Soul-Centered Coach understand that:
- Happiness found externally in relationships, acquisitions, etc. is fleeting
- True joy and fulfillment comes from connecting to our Soul and ultimately that which Source’s us.
- Like the sun, Source, God, Spirit whatever you choose to name it, shines on each of us equally and abundantly.
- Acceptance is key. Suffering comes from wanting things to be different than what they are.
- We are all doing the best we can with what we have in the given moment and gentle, loving kindness, awareness and compassion are key.
- How we relate to ourselves through the issue is the issue.
- The nature of our Soul is Love and that is Constant
- Everything in life happens FOR us not to us.
- Comparison is the thief of joy.
- Connection to who we truly are is the holy grail.
The reason I am so called to this work is because, for me, there is no greater joy than to witness someone connect with Truth through the awareness of themselves as Soul.
